Anima’s most popular class, Solo Spotlight, gives singers a unique and exciting master class experience. Each singer will select a song (in collaboration with the Artistic Director) across any genre and workshop their piece in a small group setting. Not only will singers work closely with the Artistic Director and an accompanist to prepare their song, but they will also hone their constructive critique skills as they provide feedback to their fellow singers.

Solo Spotlight meets once a week, on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. If our Wednesday session fills up, we will aim to open a second session on Thursday. All singers will participate in the Solo Showcase (November 20 for the Fall Session and March 26 for the Spring Session).

To ensure individual attention, sessions are capped at 10 singers. Sign up early!
