Anima’s newest class offering, Solo Spotlight, will give singers a unique and exciting master class experience. Each singer will select a song (in collaboration with the Artistic Director) across any genre and workshop their piece in a small group setting. Not only will singers work closely with the Artistic Director and an accompanist to prepare their song, but they will also hone their constructive critique skills as they provide feedback to their fellow singers..

There will be two sessions of Solo Spotlight - our 7th-12th grade singers will meet on Wednesdays, and our 3rd-6th grade singers will meet on Thursdays. Both sessions run from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and begin the week of March 3, 2025. All singers will participate in our Solo Showcase on Saturday, May 3, accompanied by our very own professional musicians.

To ensure individual attention, each session is capped at 10 singers. Sign up early! Registration for current singers begins January 26 at noon, and registration for new singers (not currently enrolled in Anima) begins February 3 at noon.

Session Dates:

• 7th-12 grade session: March 5, 2025 - April 30, 2025 (no class April 2)

• 3rd-6th grade session: March 6, 2025 - May 1, 2025 (no class April 3)

• Solo Showcase for both sessions and the Fall session of Musical Theater: Saturday, May 3

• Class Only Singer: $300.00
